Guided Breathwork Sessions: Participate in guided breathwork exercises designed to clear energy blockages, increase vitality, and promote mental clarity.
Kundalini Yoga Practices: Experience dynamic Kundalini yoga sequences that combine breath, movement, and meditation to elevate 
Meditation and Visualisation: Engage in deep meditation and visualisation practices to connect with your higher self and manifest your intentions.

Mantra:  We will be practicing a powerful mantra to activate the Kundalini energy within you.   Your vagus nerve is connected to your vocal cords, the muscles at the back of your throat and passes through your inner ear.  The  sounds and vibrations of this mantra stimulate your vagus nerve. This mantra creates a frequency where healing is possible. We are  raising our vibration to create a shift. We practice holding the vibration to sustain the healing and transformation.

EACH DAY WE BEGINS  WITH:  Warm Ups, Kriya (action that leads to complete manifestation),  breath work,  somatic release exercises and finish with a relaxation to gently integrate.

During this potent 7 days there is an OPTION  to follow a yogic diet.  More information upon registration.

PART 1: 3AM - 4.00AM 

SPRING EQUINOX  WAKING IN THE AMBROSIAL HOURS OF AMRIT VELA 

​

 

3AM !! WHAT DID YOU SAY ? 

 

Amrit Vela literally means “the time of nectar”

Two and a half hours before sunrise is the time period known as the “ambrosial hours” or the “amrit vela.” During the amrit vela, the sun is at a sixty-degree angle to the Earth and the energy put forth in meditation gives  “supercharged” results, which is why many yogis traditionally practice their sadhana (spiritual practice) at this time.  Starting at this time with the energy of the spring equinox will support us to ALIGN & ELEVATE. 

 

PART 2:  11. 30PM -12.30PM

Working with the subconscious mind - The Healing Zone exists everywhere and in all of us. It is reached by refinement of your spiritual channels of energy in the subtle body.

DAYS 5, 6, 7 

23 SEPTEMBER - 25 SEPTEMBER (inclusive)

DAILY 6AM - 7AM 

Warm Ups,   breathwork.  We continue with the powerful healing mantra from Spring Equinox.  Integration.

YOGA LIFESTYLE - 7 DAYS OF A TANTRIC DIET

​

During this potent 7 days there is an invitation to follow a yogic diet.  Of course only do what feels right for you. Generally speaking, the yogic diet includes whole, simple, fresh, nutritious food. Harnessing the energy of spring we can introduce a  diet that is   light and easy to assimilate A typical yogic diet would not include meat, fish, poultry, or eggs, due to the strain on the digestive tract. Whole, fresh, unprocessed foods give the mind-body energy and strength. When your diet consists of nutritious and sustaining foods, and you eat only what you know you can digest, then there is more energy available for the healing of organs and cells. 

​

What is also included:  

  • LIVE zoom sessions. These classes will not be recorded. Links will be sent before event start time. 

  • To hold of container of connection and safety, please make sure your video is on during the duration of the class.

  • Tantric diet information.

  • Recipe for the yogi tea we drink on the Spring Equinox
