Winter Solstice - Yin Yoga and Sound Healing

Join us for our very special Yin Yoga and Sound healing.

This special evening will combine an hour of long meditative stretches of Yin Yoga with the vibrational tones of sacred instruments played around the studio and your body, followed by an hour of pure healing vibrational sound whilst you relax in Savasana.

When you surrender to the breath and the stillness of your body and feel the deep vibrational tones of the didgeridoo, gongs and singing bowls, a re-alignment in the mind , body and soul takes place.

By combining sound and movement, we start to reconnect with who we are, beyond the mind and present circumstances, enabling access to a more profound wisdom and truth within.
